Zagora Saw primarily supplies commercial entities, machine shops, manufacturing plants, and industrial professionals. By placing an order, you represent that you have the requisite authority and technical competency to select, install, and operate industrial machinery spare parts safely in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and occupational safety standards.

3. Product Specifications & Pricing

We make every effort to display product dimensions, images, and technical specifications accurately. However, manufacturers periodically make non-critical revisions to minor component designs or finishes without prior notice. Prices for all products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability.

4. Machine Safety & Technical Installation

Installation of high-voltage electrical parts, pneumatic/hydraulic valves, high-pressure cylinders, and sharp bandsaw blades involves inherent industrial hazards. All parts must be installed by trained, certified industrial maintenance technicians. Zagora Saw assumes no liability for machine damage, equipment downtime, production loss, personal injury, or property damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or operation outside specified manufacturer limits.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zagora Saw, our directors, officers, employees, or OEM partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, machine downtime, or any similar damages arising from your use of any service or any products procured using the service.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of or related to transactions with Zagora Saw shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
