Zagora Saw Shipping & Delivery Policy

Zagora Saw delivers industrial-grade replacement parts, Temelsan OEM components, and bandsaw blades to businesses, manufacturing facilities, and machine shops across the United States and worldwide. Please review our shipping terms and delivery procedures below.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • In-Stock Spare Parts: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Custom Welded Bandsaw Blades & Fabricated Parts: Specially cut or welded-to-length blades and custom orders require 2 to 4 business days for production and quality inspection prior to dispatch.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or major US Federal Holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We partner with reliable commercial carriers to ensure fast, secure delivery of your machinery components:

  • Standard Parcel (Under 1 lb): Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 2–5 business days). Ideal for small fasteners, fiber guides, sensors, and O-rings.
  • Commercial Parcel (1 lb to 70 lbs): Shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (estimated 1–5 business days depending on destination zone from Florida).
  • Expedited Delivery: UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air options are available at checkout for urgent breakdown and maintenance situations.
  • Heavy Industrial & Freight Shipments (Over 70–150 lbs / Palletized Goods): Large structural components (e.g. machine tables, welding transformers, heavy cast iron bases) are shipped via LTL Freight Carrier. Commercial loading dock or forklift access is recommended; liftgate delivery can be arranged upon request.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

Zagora Saw proudly supplies manufacturing clients across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and globally.

  • Carriers: International orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide or UPS Worldwide Expedited / Saver (typically 3–7 business days transit time depending on customs processing).
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DAP / DDU): All international shipments are delivered Delivered at Place (DAP). Import duties, customs fees, tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer/importer. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs authority and will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.
  • Zagora Saw provides accurate commercial invoices, detailed descriptions, and standard Harmonized Tariff (HS) codes with every international shipment to ensure smooth customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

As soon as your order is packaged and assigned a carrier tracking number, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier scan events to update in the online tracking system.

5. Shipping Addresses & Delivery Accuracy

  • Please ensure that complete and accurate business names, suite/building numbers, and receiving contact phone numbers are provided at checkout.
  • We cannot ship heavy industrial parcels or freight orders to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required.
  • If an order is returned to our facility as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, or failure to collect from customs, the buyer will be responsible for reshipment costs or the standard restocking fee if cancelled.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments

Once a shipment is handed over to the designated carrier and marked as "Delivered" via carrier GPS tracking confirmation, Zagora Saw is not liable for theft or package disappearance from unattended premises. For high-value orders, we strongly recommend requesting adult signature confirmation at checkout.
