Service or training at customers plant

Temelsan machines are designed with a focus on minimizing service time through detailed exploded diagrams and remote technical guidance, allowing fast and efficient part replacement.

With the support of our technical instructions and documentation, customers can quickly replace components and restore machine operation with minimal downtime.

However, in cases where on-site technical intervention is required—due to workload, technical limitations, or regional constraints—our engineers are available to provide on-site service support.

On-site service is a chargeable service, and pricing may vary depending on the region, including:

  • Domestic service
  • Europe
  • Asia
  • America
  • Middle East

Upon your request, a detailed quotation will be provided.

Following approval and payment, a service schedule will be arranged, and a qualified technician will be assigned to support you as soon as possible.

Service at our factory in Turkey

Under Warranty - For machines under warranty, customers may send their equipment or components to our facility for service and repair.

In such cases:

  • Shipping and logistics costs, including temporary export procedures, are the responsibility of the customer
  • A service-related handling fee equivalent to 1% of the machine invoice value applies

All labor costs and replacement of defective parts (within warranty scope) will be covered by ZagoraSaw.

Out of Warranty - For machines outside the warranty period, the same service process applies with the following conditions:

  • A handling fee of 2% of the machine invoice value applies for temporary export and service processing
  • Spare parts costs and service fees will be charged to the customer
